Tour member, Rep. Doug Lamborn (R-CO), Rep. Shelley Berkley (D-NV) facilitate briefing with 54 members of Congress on Iron Dome and congressional aid required. USIEA coordinates experts and official speakers.

USIEA hosts Congressional briefing on Palestinian Incitement to terror in education, media, and culture and identifies how US foreign aid is used as a revenue stream for Palestinian propaganda.

RESULT: Congress puts $680 million for Iron Dome in National Defense Authorization Act.

USIEA facilitates Congressional briefing with Itamar Marcus, exposing rampant Palestinian Incitement to terror through their education system, media, cultural and sporting events.

USIEA coordinates meeting between Rep. Steve Scalise and Economic and Trade Minister Naftali Bennett who draft legislation regarding EU trade boycott against Israel.

RESULT: Congressional Tour member, Ted Poe, chairs hearing in US House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Terrorism, Nonproliferation and Trade titled “Threats to Israel: Terrorist Funding and Trade Boycotts”. The hearings are indispensable for any future anti-boycott legislation concerning Israel.

RESULT: State Foreign Ops Bill 2014 passes US House and Senate, directing Secretary of State to prohibit assistance to any individual or entity that advocates or engages in terrorist activity including PLO, Hamas, PA personnel in Gaza or use of funds to honor individuals who commit acts of terror.

USIEA meets with Majority Leader, Kevin McCarthy, making plans for US House Missile Defense briefing.

RESULT: USIEA facilitates Congressional Briefing by Ari Sacher, Chief Engineer of Iron Dome, Yair Ramati, Director of Missile Defense Systems on increasing US support for Defense Missile program.

RESULT: U.S. House passes bill to secure increased aid for Cooperative US-Israel Defense Systems; a $310 million increase over budget request.

RESULT: US State Dept. notifies lawmakers of intention to reduce economic aid from $370 million to $290 million for West Bank and Gaza Strip.
