About

How We Began

During a twenty-year journey of friendship and cooperation, USIEA has established uniquely significant and meaningful ties with Israeli leaders, including Prime Ministers, Cabinet Ministers, local government leaders, scientific, educational, military and business leaders. We value the Judeo-Christian heritage and the historical and spiritual significance of Israel; therefore our relationships are based on deep mutual respect and open dialogue.

Heather Johnston, Executive Director, USIEA

Over the past 20 years Heather has personally led the way in building the strategic relationships and providing relevant perspective that makes USIEA a valued resource to U.S. and Israeli leaders. In partnership with former Mayor Ron Nachman, Heather helped establish the National Leadership Center, located in Ariel, the capital city of Samaria. Today the Center hosts groundbreaking programs that have given more than 43,000 Israeli and Arab youth the opportunity to meet and participate in a unique experiential learning adventure.
